Medusa ring with Aventurine

Since before we opened our first Coolook store, our designer knew which were some of the jewels she would create. Pieces that have accompanied us since then and that as all good classic, they are not out of style. This collections born a couple of years ago, when we realized that many of the Coolook pieces were still your favorites, no matter how much time had passed since they were created and that they became a basic in your jewelry box. What is aventurine?

Given it's greenish tone, with as many shades as vegetation itself, south american Indians believed it contained the Gods and the forest entities. The bottom of this stones is usually light brown or white red but it's inclusions of fuchsite make it green.

It has a strong connection with the Earth and it helps understand and appreciate nature. It is useful for relieving emotional and sentimental problems, since it unlocks your mind, avoiding anguish and desperation.

The main deposits are found in India, the Unites States, South Africa, Brazil, Germany and Austria.
